Their firm strung me along and cancelled on my intakes multiple times. When I finally got them on the phone, they were 17 minutes late and didn't make up the time - meaning they gave me 13 minutes for a really complicated case. They finally lamely told me they "didn't have the bandwidth" for my case ...and told me to contact Disability Rights Washington which is an advocacy organization not an attorney and therefore useless as a referral. Jennifer was mean to me and I don't understand why they were so hurtful.
