Class Action

The firm of Rehkhi & Wolk, specifically Greg Wolk, recently represented me as one of 4 plaintiffs in a class action suit filed with the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, "Mendis, et al. v. Schneider National Carriers, Inc.", regarding failure to pay wages owed to th...e plaintiffs and members of the related class. The efforts of Mr. Wolk led to a most favorable result for the plaintiffs and the related class, even though the defendant was a formidable and well-financed corporation. Mr. Wolk was extremely well prepared, helpful, and forthcoming about all aspects of the case. All members of the firm were professional, patient, and courteous throughout. Integrity and ethics are clearly held as a top priority by the firm. I highly recommend the firm and Mr. Wolk.

Great Attorney!

I am writing on behalf of the class to convey my absolute gratitude for the thorough, timely, and engaged work you did on behalf of myself and the class whom you represented in litigation involving employer unethical manipulation of employee wages, and wage compensation. Despite the case being diffi...cult and time consuming, Greg and Hardeep made themselves immediately available for questions, and successfully navigated the employer's challenging ethics and ongoing deception with laser focus and intention. They continue to work toward a final conclusion and have maintained their pace despite the length of time it has taken for resolution. These guys and their team are true heroes. Would recommend Greg Wolk

Greg Wolk has been representing me in a Class Action lawsuit since 2013. During this time, he has acted in the most courteous and professional manner. He always returns my phone calls promptly and is almost always available to answer questions when I have called his office. He has also called me jus...t to update me on my case. I have had several in person meetings with Greg and they have always started on time. I would highly recommend Greg Wolk for your legal needs
