I founded the Nolan Lim Law Firm because I grew frustrated seeing companies oppress and exploit ethical workers who work hard, stand up for equality, and legal rights in the workplace. In my many years as an employment attorney I witnessed many times both personally and professionally where “anti-harassment policies”, and “diversity and inclusion”, are just words that corporations and government institutions use to mask discrimination and retaliation against those who stand up for compliance with workplace laws.
My clients drive me forward every day. It’s an honor to help victims of illegal workplace activity to move past their trauma and have their dignity and self-worth restored, while holding the offending employer accountable.”

I felt well represented.
Nolan and George were tremendous help for my case. I found it incredibly difficult to find an attorney that would take on a large government entity and put in the work and attention to detail to prevail. I felt well represented and the case details were well understood by Nolan's team.

Nolan is so easy to talk to and breaks everything down for you. He involves you every step of the way he’s fair and honest. I have g...

Beware & Manage Him
I have had other attorneys and Mr. Lim did the poorest work. The other attorney practiced less than 5 years. Nolan has been an attorney for around 15 years, but he boasts that he takes his client’s case all the way to court. This is insight from my experience. 1. He has only about 5-years experien...
