The firm of Rehkhi & Wolk, specifically Greg Wolk, recently represented me as one of 4 plaintiffs in a class action suit filed with the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, "Mendis, et al. v. Schneider National Carriers, Inc.", regarding failure to pay wages owed to th...e plaintiffs and members of the related class. Greg and his team were incredibly kind and understanding AND very very helpful. I came to them with very little background knowledge and they made me feel comfortable and prepared to handle the situation in a way that allowed me to protect myself. The were able to help me navigate a situation in wh...ich a group of employees were suing my former employer. I did not know my rights as someone who was not actually involved in the suit, and I also did not know how to best respond when their lawyer reached out.
