Excellent Attorney for Small Business Owners

We have engaged Ms. Huffington to prepare non-competition & non-soliciation agreements, for assistance with unemployment claims by former employees, to write an employee handbook, and for consultation on general employment practices & matters. Jean has always been responsive to our requests for assis...tance, conscientious with the time she spends on our work, and thorough in explaining the options we have and recommending a course of action. She has an even temperment which has been tremendously helpful during some difficult, stressful times. She has good business sense and has been an asset for us over the years. As a small business owner, it is essential to have an attorney who can help you deal with legal matters as they arise and help think through things and act strategically. We have greatly benefitted from her expertise over the years.

Exellent Work!

Writing a review for Jean is super easy. I worked with Jean on a professional matter. During the entire process I felt that Jean and I worked as a team to get this matter resolved in the most favorable way. Jean is upfront, clear in her communicaions and gives it to you straight. We were able ...to come to a good outcome. I have recommended Jean to others and will continue to do so.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I am honored to given Jean my highest praise and a strong endorsement. Jean and I met when we had an employment discrimination case against one another. Jean was a strong advocate for her client, fiercely advocating throughout the discovery process, motions practice, and the entire litigation. She was always well prepared and demonstrated a commanding knowledge of employment discrimination law. After the litigation concluded, Jean and I have remained in contact over the years. She has always been polite and professional. Jean is a great attorney who cares deeply about helping her clients!"

"I met Jean several years ago when she was recruited and hired to work at the firm I was with. since then we have both opened our own firms. Jean is an excellent attorney and has achieved impressive results for her clients. I respect Jean's work to the degree that I call her to consult on cases and refer cases to her that my firm cannot handle for whatever reason."
