Excellent

Richard was more than an excellent lawyer – he seemed to understand the correct tone and strategy needed to bring both parties closer to an agreement. He knew the law and also knew people: how they respond and how they might successfully be approached. My brother is a lawyer, so I know a talented per...son when I see one. I trust his process and judgment, and would recommend him highly.

One of the best I have ever had in my lifetime

Mr Cole is very experienced and professional in every sense of the words. He kept me very well informed over the duration of my case (two years). A person could not ask for better representation. His expertise, coupled with a calm and placid demeanor made him easy to talk to and places him above mos...t. If I ever need an attorney again, it will me Richard Cole without a doubt.

Owner General Contractor

Richard Cole has represented my company for the past 10 years. Contracting is a difficult business and can from time to time turn ugly. Richard has promptly responded to all of my needs. Most of the instances I have used his services he solved the situation with a letter or a phone call. In one case ...we were forced to go to mediation and we won .My success rate with him has been 100%!!!!

Superb case handling-Richard prevailed against Little League of America!

Richard did a great job handling our case - my daughter had accident with Little League team, knocked out two front teeth, damaged two more. Huge dental bills, bone graft, implants. Little League turned down my claim. Talk about dealing with a huge organization and huge insurance company! Richard was... calm, yet firm with my daughter, who was in college at the time, to understand the entire situation, that she must return phone calls to him. He was fair with me, all the way around: explanations for everything, what to expect (and not expect). Okay, Richard, you've spoiled us...now I expect every attorney to really care about helping us like you did. I recommend Richard highly. He will do the best job possible. I was shocked that we prevailed, this was an award judgment, very reasonable, without having to go to court. THANK YOU! No, I am not related to Richard, nor did I know him before this case. I was referred to him from a trusted source.
