Replied last November 11, 2019I am deeply saddened to read this review. It is incredibly disheartening to hear that a client was unhappy with my representation. In this situation, I do feel compelled to comment briefly. However, due to my duty of confidentiality, I cannot comment on the facts of this review. What I can say is that the characterization above is not an accurate portrayal of the situation. And without divulging client confidences, the public court records reveal that an agreed settlement was reached as a resolution to the matter. Regrettably, I cannot predict or control whether or when a client might have a change of heart after an agreed resolution has been reached and finalized. However, I am always available to meet with former clients to address any concerns that they may have, to the extent that I am able. I truly empathize with anyone who is upset with the way their case develops, either during or after it has been finalized. But unfortunately, there are many things that are beyond any lawyer's control. And this review does not reflect the dedication and commitment I have toward ensuring that my clients are well represented and feel pleased with that representation.
