Biography
Nicole Gainey is a plaintiff's attorney - meaning she represents people not corporations, the government or other powerful and often oppressive entities. She is dedicated to helping Washington state workers hold power accountable for discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation leading to unlawful termination.
