Kimberly McAvoy is a graduate of Seattle University Law School. She is a member of the Washington State Bar. Kimberly began her career in the criminal justice system by working at the Everett City Prosecutor's Office as a Rule 9 Intern, where she gained experience working on misdemeanor violations, such as domestic violence assaults, thefts, driving under the influence, trespass, and drug charges.
Kimberly is dedicated and passionate about advocating for her clients in the criminal justice system. She will ensure that every client receives individual attention and is treated fairly by the justice system, no matter what background he or she is from.

My "go-to" lawyer! She's the best!
Best lawyer I've ever had. I was able to get my criminal charges dismissed. I also hired her for traffic tickets and didn't have to attend any of the traffic courts for she represented me. And doing so she had them dismissed! Her prices are better than most lawyers out there. Highly recommen...

Great Consultation

excellent job on speeding ticket
I hired Ms McAvoy for Driving with out valid License and speeding 20 over limit violation, both charges were dismissed with court cost. Excellent job over all with out any hassle or court appearance.
