Nicole Gainey graduated with honors from the Seattle University School of Law in 2014. She is a licensed attorney in Washington State. She focuses her law practice, which she founded in 2024, on plaintiff employment law claims. She is dedicated to helping Washington state workers meet their legal goals while protecting their rights. She is currently accepting new clients in the areas of workplace Sexual Harassment, Employment Discrimination / Retaliation, Civil Rights. She serves her employment law clients in the greater Seattle, Renton, Tukwila, Eastside, and King County areas.
She supports many legal and community organizations and national non-profits that seek safety and justice for all, including:
Serving as co-chair for the South King County Roundtable, of the Washington Association of Justice, 2015 to 2017, and the WSAJ Diversity Commitee 2017 - 2020, Trial News Editorial Board 2019 - 2023
Volunteering with the King County Bar Association's Housing Justice Project, and the Fairwork Washington Legal Clinic, and UW's Student legal Clinic and by supporting the
