Intelligent representation

We hired Mr. Possinger to handle a highly sensitive business issue we were having. He was thoughtful, thorough, and was able to guide us in a way that handled the legal but also did not hinder our business operations. He did everything he said he would do within the time frame he promised, which is a problem I have had with attorneys in the past. And when we got the bill it was reasonable. Very happy with services of Possinger Law firm.

Excellent Advice From a Trusted Attorney

Mr. Possinger provided prompt advice and services, with excellent outcomes. Exceedingly Helpful

I contacted Jeffrey, who is an acquaintance via social media, to help our condo association navigate a sticky legal issue. Jeffrey read up on all of the material and gave me a full half hour of opinion and advice, all in less than 24 hours. What I appreciated was his demeanor-he neither talked down to me or above my non-legal background. Very helpful, and a good guy to have in your corner.

Jeff saved our non-profit

Jeff gave me great advice regarding establishing a non-profit and leveraging existing non-profits. His advice completely changed the course my organization was taking and put us onto a successful track. He was very responsive and proactive during this time. Thoughtful and Thorough

I have hired and recommended Jeffrey on different occasions and he hasn't disappointed. Where potential conflicts arose Jeffrey recused himself. When he was unable to assist he was honest about his limitations. Jeffrey's pricing is fair and transparent. I have only dealt with Jeffrey in matters pertaining to Washington State so unable to advise on broader requests.

Extremely helpful and honest

Mr. Possinger may be the only attorney, I've ever met, that I actually liked. I mean no one likes the attorney across from them, but aside from Mr. Possinger, I've rarely even enjoyed the ones I've retained. I always felt all I was to them, was a billable time slot. Mr. Possinger on the other hand is very comfortable to speak with and he is intelligent on a wide variety of issues. I felt like my time was important, he was prepared to talk with me, rather than going from client to client and reviewing along the way. His council was wise, based on his years in the field, he was intuitive on the anticipated possible outcomes and his advice helped me immensely.

Reliable and Responsive

I found myself in a pressing legal situation over a lease option and turned to Jeffrey for help and legal representation. He was knowledgeable enough to ask the right questions of the matter and took time to review and amend the proposed documents. He definitely represented my personal interest in the deal all the way up to the signing, as he discussed and got agreement by the other party's attorney for me. Cannot recommend

Very disappointing experience. Sounded very convincing on the phone but took a long time to get anything done and did not get back to me about my case or questions sometimes for weeks. Did not follow through on things he said he was going to do. Finally fired him and I have found another attorney. Now 9 months later and almost $6000.00 , with very little accomplished I am having to basically start over.
