Experienced litigation attorney handling serious personal injury.
Autumn Countryman Law is dedicated to helping injured people get the compensation they deserve. I meet with all of my clients personally and am always accessible to discuss their cases.
Before starting my own firm, I spent 11 years working at Phillips Law Firm. I focused my practice on helping injured people on litigated cases. In that role, I saw nearly 1,000 clients through lawsuits, reaching outcomes either through mediation, post-suit settlement, arbitration, or trial.
From 2010 - 2014, I served as the supervising attorney, heading up a team of six attorneys and a large staff. As supervising attorney, I acted as lead counsel on the firm's highest damage, catastrophic injury cases.
I have record of success and am fortunate to have had the opportunity to help clients through wrongful death, medical malpractice, spinal cord injury, surgical injuries, and other life changing events.
I am proud of the fact that I was named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics in 2010-2012 and in 2012, was listed as one of the top Women Attorneys in Washington. I am a member of the National Trial Lawyer's "Top 40 Under 40" and am regularly asked to serve as a Washington State Special Assistant Attorney General and as an arbitrator for the King and Snohomish County Superior Court's Mandatory Arbitration Departments.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Autumn has an excellent reputation in the local legal community. Intelligent, Professional, and Effective. She is an attorney that one can refer clients to with confidence.
Kristian Beckett, Car accident Attorney on Oct 14, 2016
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Autumn is dedicated to her clients and tenacious in her representation. Autumn and I worked together on a very difficult case where liability and causation were both questioned. I trusted that Autumn could do the job and I was not disappointed. Autumn did not shy away from the challenges in the case and she dug in and went to work. The case by all accounts was very small, but you would never know by how hard Autumn fought. In the end Autumn was able to get our client a recovery where before she got involved there was a big question. I cannot recommend Autumn high enough for her ethical and tenacious representation.
I endorse this lawyer. Autumn is an excellent attorney.

Autumn is a fierce advocate for her clients; tough as nails on the insurance companies and empathetic to her injured clients. She is someone you want in your corner.
Shawn Mccully, Personal injury Attorney on Jun 18, 2012
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. I have known Autumn in the legal community for years. Her expertise in personal injury is an asset to her clients. On more than one occasion I've worked with her on cases where she exceeded even my expectation for recovery. She knows the insurance companies, opposing counsel, and the right way to wade an injury case through the process to maximize recovery and to protect the rights of her clients. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. What's more, if I needed a personal injury lawyer she is one of the few I would trust with my case.
Rico Tessandore, Litigation Attorney on Mar 11, 2010
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Autumn works extremely hard for her clients. I have been opposing counsel on multiple occasions against Autumn. I have always found her to be extremely well prepared, with a firm grasp of the law. Autumn has also been recognized by Washington Law and Politics as being one of the best lawyers in her practice area. As a fellow litigator, I respect and endorse Autumn.
Derek Radtke, Personal injury Attorney on Dec 13, 2009
Relationship: Co-worker
I have worked with Autumn as opposing counsel, as an arbitrator, and now as a co-worker. In each area I have been impressed with the preparation of her cases, her ability to think on her feet and the -reasoned and unique arguments presented. Her insight, suggestions and recommendations on our cases have proved valuable.
Jason Epstein, Personal injury Attorney on Mar 19, 2008
