I am a trial lawyer. I have litigated virtually every kind of case -- divorce, real estate, products liability, consumer fraud -- for almost 30 years. I particularly enjoy suing attorneys for malpractice, if they deserve it. I like lawyers -- many are dear friends of mine -- but if an attorney screws up and causes damage to a client, the client is entitled to hire a lawyer to be compensated for his/her loss.
