Kimberly was my attorney for my long and difficult divorce. Though I had been a stay at home mother for 17 years, my ex didn't seem to think I deserved a fair settlement and insisted on taking me to trial - twice - and refused arbitration. I was fortunate enough to have a judge who saw that there was no reason to be in trial for my divorce (again, not kidding when I say my ex demanded we go to trial in his attempt to prove he made less money than his W2 said) and told Kimberly and my ex's lawyer to mediate and settle outside the courtroom - where Kimberly skillfully (and with integrity) handled the negotiations until we reached a settlement agreement. She responded to motion after motion from my ex's attorney and is a skilled writer. She powerfully and succinctly makes her points with grace. She is also a direct and clear communicator when negotiating and working with others. When working through issues she processes so quickly that I frequently had to catch up to follower her thinking and yet she had the patience to explain her thought process when I asked her to. I'm not a religious person - and I feel truly blessed to have had her as my attorney. She was exactly the type of lawyer that I needed. Compassionate, caring and competent.

Kimberly Brown needs to respect her clients and her adversary. As she tried to help me with my case in court for kids, she started yelling and interrupting the commissioner. I personally thought she has issues either at home or with her practice. Thank gawed the commissioner put Kimberly Brown in p...lace. Its hard to get a hold of her, and she loses cases after cases as I was told and looking at blogs and tweets. She was rude to her adversary talking back and putting them down. I could never hire her as a Lawyer. She made me lie in Court to make the other party to look bad for her to win her case. Pay extra for a professional Lawyer, Please! You will reap benefits in the long run for paying extra....

Kimberly Brown has been the most patient attorney I have met. When I first got divorced I had an attorney that did not explain anything and just did the fast route to get me divorced. My orginal attorney did not look for the best for me. When I found Kimberly Brown and explained my frustration of how... confusing my parenting plan was she took the time and looked over my parenting plan and child support orders. She explained in detailed about my parenting plan and child support. I have a very difficult situation with my ex and when I become frustrated on communication Kimberly takes over. Each and every time I have come to Kimberly she has a sense of urgency and uderstanding that make me at ease. When ever I doubt myslef of my understanding of my parenting plan or child support orders she reassures me that I am correct and advises me on how to approach each and every one of my situations. She also reassures me that she is behind me every time if needed. She is really quick and attentive to each and every one of my situations. She has been my advisor and attorney for the past 3 years. If I had never found her I would not be able to stand up to my ex like I have and had the courage to do what I have done. She is not only caring and understanding she is very patient and pationate about what is right and will do all that she can to fight for what is right for the kids. Always looking out for the best interest of the kids.

After reading the negative reviews on this page I am honestly wondering if they even have the correct attorney and if they are clients why are they not listing their names? Weird. I hired Kimberly to help with a child custody and support issue. She was almost always available for me when I had quest...ions and/or needed help and if she wasn't available I would always get an email informing me she was busy and that she would get back to me and she always did. She always explained things to me exactly the way they were and wouldn't sugar coat things just to make me happy. We had several court appearances, mediation and finally arbitration oh and an appeal, she was always very professional and because she refused to sugar coat and only asked for a fair outcome I was very pleased every step of the way. Her knowledge of the law is incredible and her retainer is very fair, I found it to be about half the cost of others which was a great help to a single mom. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. I have recommended her to several friends and all have nothing but praise to say. I have know idea what I would have done without her as I was very scared and my ex was very intimidating to me. She made me feel safe and at ease and together we made it through this. For all Kimberly Brown did for me with her compassion, knowledge and professionalism she saved my life. I will always be thankful.
