Best Divorce Attorney

Brad Evens handled my divorce settlement with grace, tenacity, and complete mastery of the law. He is warm, funny, meticulous, never forgetful, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. Brads follow through is impeccable, and he walked me through the process with compassion and care. You would be a fo...ol not to hire Brad Evens.

Detail oriented, creative problem solver, efficient and excellent!

I highly recommend Brad. Brad represented me for a difficult partition case to trigger a house sale with my ex-wife. Brad continually tried to find a path to resolve the case without resorting to trial. Brad demonstrated that he is a creative problem solver while trying to build a resolution. Unf...ortunately for me and definitely at no fault of Brad’s, we had to take the case to trial. Brad is extremely detail oriented and makes sure to have everything in line and prepared, ahead of any deadlines. I found this to be very reassuring as taking a case to trial could otherwise be very stressful. Brad is also a genuinely good person. I really enjoyed working with him and Brad was always trying to do the right thing and never overcharging. Brad is also efficient with his time. He’s well worth his rate given all this and I highly recommend him.

Lifted a weight off my shoulders

Brad was attentive, thoughtful and resourceful with my case. He helped me finalize a divorce that had some unexpected turns and required interpretation of ambiguous language. The result was significantly more money for me, and peace of mind that we enforced the agreement in the spirit in which it was... created... as 'fair' as you can get. He was easy to work with, and I would use his services again!

Outstanding Advice and Counsel

Brad has represented me during several difficult co-parenting issues arising from a poorly mediated divorce. He has always done an outstanding job. His strategic thinking, wise counsel and energetic approach have made a significant difference in my quality of life post-divorce and has improved my co-...parenting skills. My only regret is that I did not meet Brad earlier so that he could have represented me in the initial divorce agreement. I recommend Brad to anyone who needs assistance - he is the best in the business.

He's excellent

I used Brad for my divorce. I could not have been more pleased. He is a big picture strategist. He's a thoughtful, calm person and will help you stay level headed through an emotional process. He gets his work done on time and correctly. He's exceedingly ethical. I have nothing but positive thing...s to say about Brad. My ex hired what I would call a shark attorney. Brad kept me sane through the process.
