Kimberly Brown has been the most patient attorney I have met. When I first got divorced I had an attorney that did not explain anything and just did the fast route to get me divorced. My orginal attorney did not look for the best for me. When I found Kimberly Brown and explained my frustration of how... confusing my parenting plan was she took the time and looked over my parenting plan and child support orders. She explained in detailed about my parenting plan and child support. I have a very difficult situation with my ex and when I become frustrated on communication Kimberly takes over. Each and every time I have come to Kimberly she has a sense of urgency and uderstanding that make me at ease. When ever I doubt myslef of my understanding of my parenting plan or child support orders she reassures me that I am correct and advises me on how to approach each and every one of my situations. She also reassures me that she is behind me every time if needed. She is really quick and attentive to each and every one of my situations. She has been my advisor and attorney for the past 3 years. If I had never found her I would not be able to stand up to my ex like I have and had the courage to do what I have done. She is not only caring and understanding she is very patient and pationate about what is right and will do all that she can to fight for what is right for the kids. Always looking out for the best interest of the kids.

After reading the negative reviews on this page I am honestly wondering if they even have the correct attorney and if they are clients why are they not listing their names? Weird. I hired Kimberly to help with a child custody and support issue. She was almost always available for me when I had quest...ions and/or needed help and if she wasn't available I would always get an email informing me she was busy and that she would get back to me and she always did. She always explained things to me exactly the way they were and wouldn't sugar coat things just to make me happy. We had several court appearances, mediation and finally arbitration oh and an appeal, she was always very professional and because she refused to sugar coat and only asked for a fair outcome I was very pleased every step of the way. Her knowledge of the law is incredible and her retainer is very fair, I found it to be about half the cost of others which was a great help to a single mom. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. I have recommended her to several friends and all have nothing but praise to say. I have know idea what I would have done without her as I was very scared and my ex was very intimidating to me. She made me feel safe and at ease and together we made it through this. For all Kimberly Brown did for me with her compassion, knowledge and professionalism she saved my life. I will always be thankful.

As a father with children of divorce it is very hard to find a lawyer that clearly listens to a Dad that feels he is being taken advantage of with the laws often favoring the Mother. I have personally had to use Ms. Brown four times for family law matters regarding my children such as child support, ...divorce/parenting plan, violation of parenting plan and modification of child support. Ms. Brown is very knowledgeable on family law. She is very good at making sure all of your information is filed correctly and in a timely matter. All communication is clearly what you want to be said in court to the judge with regards to your case. She gives you various aspects of advice according to your case. I was very impressed with Ms. Brown's upfront straight forward opinion if she felt certain topics are not needed. She also answered emails in a timely matter. She is a fighter for parents that need representation when it comes to a child's welfare. Ms. Brown is a very good lawyer. If I need her again I would not hesitate to retain her. I would truly recommend her to represent you in family court in the state of WA.
