Best Attorney - So Grateful!

Kimberly was my attorney for my long and difficult divorce. Though I had been a stay at home mother for 17 years, my ex didn't seem to think I deserved a fair settlement and insisted on taking me to trial - twice - and refused arbitration. Kimberly helped me handle the emotional challenges of dealing... with a narcissist who harassed me over the year-and-a-half it took to get my divorce finalized and she is an extremely competent lawyer, both in dealing with my ex's attorney, the mediators and experts we worked with along the way, in the courtroom during both trials and, ultimately, during settlement negotiations. I was fortunate enough to have a judge who saw that there was no reason to be in trial for my divorce (again, not kidding when I say my ex demanded we go to trial in his attempt to prove he made less money than his W2 said) and told Kimberly and my ex's lawyer to mediate and settle outside the courtroom - where Kimberly skillfully (and with integrity) handled the negotiations until we reached a settlement agreement. She responded to motion after motion from my ex's attorney and is a skilled writer. She powerfully and succinctly makes her points with grace. She is also a direct and clear communicator when negotiating and working with others. When working through issues she processes so quickly that I frequently had to catch up to follower her thinking and yet she had the patience to explain her thought process when I asked her to. I'm not a religious person - and I feel truly blessed to have had her as my attorney. She was exactly the type of lawyer that I needed. Compassionate, caring and competent.

Divorce & Family Law

Kimberly was upfront and honest on all aspects of my case. She fought for a clean, quick & fair settlement of my case. No games, just straight forward representation start to finish.

Kimberly Brown is highly unprofessional

Kimberly Brown is unethical and knowledgeable. She made many mistakes during my trial many that I later discovered were basic procedure. not only did I lose my case, I missed time from work and nearly destroyed my family in the process. In addition to her mistakes she was always away and only availa...ble via email. Granted she was inexpensive but I you get what you pay for.

No clue who this alleged client is. I have only 1 trial in my trial history where I was not pleased with the outcome and that case did not involve children (all about money and spousal maintenance). Looking at my trial calendar - I did not have any trials during this time frame and believe that this is a disgruntled individual who I refused to represent as I refuse many many cases. I do not take every case that walks in my door and tell many clients that they must find someone else. The best way to find an attorney is through referral of trusted family and friends...then go meet with the people they refer. Select an attorney who you feel comfortable with and who you trust.

Kimberly is a tough and amazing attorney. I'm glad she was representing me.

Kimberly is really great. She has a straight up no-nonsense attitude about the issues, which admittedly took some getting used to and deflated a lot of lofty expectations, but in the end she was ALWAYS 100% right about the outcome. Trust her and she will come through for you. She kept me informed at ...every step so I was never left in the dark and she was exceptional at representing my case. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kimberly!

The Best Attorney EVER!!

I was shocked to read the review that ranked Kimberly Brown as anything other than professional and knowledgeable. So I asked her about it ... She has searched her database and believes that the negative review actually came from an oppossing party. They paid their attorney thousands ... and did n...ot get the results they wanted. All the cases she had in the time frame referred were settled and she was not in trial at that time. So that reprot is completely bogus. I have used Kimberly , my fiance' used Kimberly and we have both referred her to dozens of family and friends who have all raved about her. She has a heart and cares about children. She wont engage in unnecessary litigation, wont drive up litigation fees or suggest unreasonable resolutions. She has the right balance of advocacy and assertiveness. She works from home - because she is a single mom. She was raised by her father - so she understand's that Dad's are great parents. She gets it. She is fair and balanced. You will be in good hands.
