Speechless

I consulted with Kimberly Brown and was shocked by what I encountered. She is rude, unnecessarily combative, and focuses on going to battle; not finding a solution that's conducive to all parties involved. I could not get her to focus on anything other than being "out to get" my soon to be ex-husband.... Sure I can't stand the guy but we still have kids to raise together. Shouldn't we focus on them? Kimberly's only concern is going after people, not doing what will work best in the long run. I'm not someone who typically posts on these sites but was so taken aback by her lack of professionalism and open hostility that I had to say something. She's affordable but gives meaning to the term, "you get what you pay for."

Attorney's dont have an agenda for your life. There would be no reason for any attorney to be "out to get" anyone's soon to be Ex. No one wants a court battle (or the mountains of paper work necessary to engage it) unless absolutely necessary. If I was told a story that led me to believe that a potential client and the children were in need of protection and support then I'm going to recommend immediation court action. If I heard a story that lead me to believe that I am working with one half of 2 mature and reasonable adults that have mutually deciding to part ways - then my recommendation would focus on non-litigation means of resolution. My recommendations are based soley on the information I receive from the client. Attorneys aren't out to "get" anyone. We just do the paperwork and make the arguments based on the information that the client provides. Oh...and I'm not apologizing for making my services "affordable". I'm an attorney - not a brain surgeon.

Kimberly Brown was perfect for me and my case. She represented me the way I wanted and needed to be. She listened and was realistic about outcomes. She was not high pressure and I appreciated her and I highly recommend her.

best of the best!

When I was referred to Kimberly brown by a coworker after telling him about how brutal my divorce was going he told me how Kimberly resolved his never-ending divorce.I called her and met with her quick. I had already been engaged in my divorce for over 3 years and after the repeated cps claims I felt... that it was never going to end.she took charge and took care of everything. Kimberly was very clear about the strategy she would follow and kept me completely involved in the process. She helped me save money where she could when I was having trouble.when even my guardian adliedemam was frustrated with all of repeated false allegations she pushed back. The day Kimberly forced mediation so the couldn't hide anymore was like a massive weight lifted of of my shoulders. When I heard the words binding arbitration and a resolution was agreed (the ex left in tears )I never felt so great! I have a great parenting plan and the ex and I are done with the war! I Thank you Kimberly!

Do not Trust this Lawyer! She is not Professional in the Court House nor with her Clients!

Kimberly Brown needs to respect her clients and her adversary. As she tried to help me with my case in court for kids, she started yelling and interrupting the commissioner. I personally thought she has issues either at home or with her practice. Thank gawed the commissioner put Kimberly Brown in p...lace. Its hard to get a hold of her, and she loses cases after cases as I was told and looking at blogs and tweets. She was rude to her adversary talking back and putting them down. I could never hire her as a Lawyer. She made me lie in Court to make the other party to look bad for her to win her case. Pay extra for a professional Lawyer, Please! You will reap benefits in the long run for paying extra....

Each time I am advised by a peer or actual client that there is a negative review on this site - I am contiually perplexed by who writes these and the "checks and balances" on this site to ensure that these are written by actual clients and are listed for the right person. The above person is not a client of mine. I acutally believe that this review as well as the one below are written by an attorney who was previous counsel who I reproted to the WSBA and who is currently facing disciplinary actions. The only way you will actually know whether an attorney is right for you is to go meet with them and speak with clients that they actually represent.

Great family attorney! Highly Recommend!

I was referred to Kimberly a few years ago from a friend when I was getting ready to file for divorce. From the first moment I met Kimberly I knew she was the one to represent me! She is down to earth, sincere, caring, and extremely professional. It was very emotional process for me and she did an am...azing job of helping walk me through the process and simplifying it for me. She listened to me, heard my painful story, did not minimize the pain I was going through, and professionally advised me on the plan I should take to protect myself. At the end of the process she held my hand to give me strength when I was standing in front of the judge on my own to formalize my divorce. Since then we've kept in touch and I consider her a very dear friend. I highly recommend Kimberly for any family legal needs you may have!
