She’ll waste your time and money dragging your case out for, literally, YEARS. She’s a fat, ugly, greedy pig. She represented my ex in a divorce and I, representing myself as a “pro se” party, with zero legal training, still beat her handily in court. I was fortunate enough to have a judge who saw that there was no reason to be in trial for my divorce (again, not kidding when I say my ex demanded we go to trial in his attempt to prove he made less money than his W2 said) and told Kimberly and my ex's lawyer to mediate and settle outside the courtroom - where Kimberly skillfully (and with integrity) handled the negotiations until we reached a settlement agreement. She responded to motion after motion from my ex's attorney and is a skilled writer. She powerfully and succinctly makes her points with grace. She is also a direct and clear communicator when negotiating and working with others. When working through issues she processes so quickly that I frequently had to catch up to follower her thinking and yet she had the patience to explain her thought process when I asked her to. I'm not a religious person - and I feel truly blessed to have had her as my attorney. She was exactly the type of lawyer that I needed. Compassionate, caring and competent.

I have now known Kimberly and hired her over six years ago. I was getting ready to file for divorce at the time from my now ex-wife and I was shopping around for a lawyer. Being a man it was my intention not to become the typical ex-husband that winds up losing custody of his children, paying child s...upport and alimony all because my ex-wife woke up one day and decided she didn't like being married to me yet she would not divorce me nor would she work on repairing the marriage as well, finally I said enough is enough so I initiated the divorce. What I was looking for in a lawyer was one that would fight for me in the event things got messy and we had to go to court; I wanted the "big guns" in reserve if ever needed. Being from east coast of the U.S., I am use to people telling me like it is--good or bad, also I am use to people being “aggressive” and by that I mean they do not back down and do what they have to in life for themselves or others in order to achieve a specific goal. After talking to several lawyers Kimberly was the one that stood out and met my criteria. Kimberly has always been up front with me and honest, her fees were always less than that of any other lawyer that I had talked to, she never nickeled and dimed me to death like some lawyers do, they charge you for every little thing, in fact we still keep in touch and over the years she has looked at documents and made some corrections for me, has given me advice and never has asked for a single penny. In the end everything was settled in a civilized manner and although the ex and I have joint custody of the children I was listed as the “primary” parent.
