Best car accident lawyer there is

I'd highly recommend Rico as a lawyer for any car accident case. Rico was excellent through out my entire case at explaining each step and all possible outcomes of them so I would understand what would happen moving forward. He made it simple as it could be to follow along and kept me up to date th...rough-out. It is not often you find a lawyer that is easy to work with and to get ahold of. If I had not hired him, I would have given up in the beginning due to the amount of time and effort car insurance companies and doctor offices require, on top of the amount of care it took my body to fully recover. He puts his clients first and wants the best outcome for them, while also not charging an arm and leg for his legal consultation. He's the best, you will not find better.

Would hire this attorney every time.

I have hired Mr. Tessandore for two separate accident cases. Each time he was professional, kind, and genuinely interested in getting the best outcome for me and my family. Equally important, he acts fast and gets results immediately. In my first case by the time I left his office after our first mee...ting I had a rental car and payment to replace my kids' car seats. In the second case he took on USAA Insurance when they tried to avoid paying a claim that was due to us. After we hired Mr. Tessandore, he immediately initiated action against USAA, and within a day we were paid the money we were owed. I will hire Mr. Tessandore every time I have the misfortune to be involved in an accident.

Outstanding work by a guy who will fight for you

I hired Rico after a motor vehicle accident which happened during my senior year of high school. The other party was represented by the Lizard's insurance company. Rico kept me informed regarding my case, and eventually fought with my insurance company and the defendant's insurance company to get m...e a great outcome. I endorse his work.

1st Time hiring an attorney. Rico did a great job. Friends told me it would be 2 to 3yrs before it would be settled. Well, 1yr and it's settle. I was always informed of everything. Great jobs. Thank you very much.

WORDS ARE INADEQUATE to describe the level of expertise and legal representation you’ll get from hiring RICO but here’s an attempt: Excellent, knowledgeable, sharp, diligent, detailed, relentless, dedicated, aggressive, thorough, impressionable, character-building, professional, patient, realistic, ...no-nonsense attorney you’ll want on your SIDE. And Rico is the only attorney I have run across who returns your calls or emails promptly and consistently to answer any questions you may have as well as respond in the same manner with the other side. He makes you feel like you not only have a personal injury attorney but an attorney/confidant who you can count on to be there at all times for any legal questions. Rico is excellent at keeping his clients informed of status of your case on regular basis even if there is no news. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of law and knows how to find the answers and who to contact. He knows his stuff in the insurance industry. You will find he is very well respected by other attorneys in all areas of law. When he’s done settling your case you’ll wonder how you had access to such an attorney of his caliber practicing law and want to refer him to every family member, friends or coworkers. He’s so good he’ll maximize your chances of recovery and get the BEST settlement you’re entitled to. You will never feel afraid to be involved an auto accident again.
