We hired Jesse Corkern on multiple occasions due to false restraining orders against us based on a neighborhood dispute. False restraining orders are apparently the go-to weapon of choice by groups of neighbors who believe their lies will make you sell your home and move. WRONG! Every lie that was t...old to claim we violated the ill-gotten restraining orders were fiercely defended against by Jesse Corkern. Not guilty on every one of them. We even had an Assistant Seattle City Prosecutor lie to the judge in open court. Search "Mindy Longanecker Deranek" on youtube to hear her lie for yourself. She apparently messed with the wrong defense attorney. In the video you'll also hear Jesse Corkern at work placing the City's case in jeopardy. He did exactly what we hired him for and we could not be more pleased. Our only regret is not calling him prior to the petitions for restraining orders. We foolishly believed our video evidence that disproved the petitioners' claims would be enough to stop the orders from being issued. We won't make that mistake again. Thanks, Mr. Jesse Corkern!

I was facing felony "intent to distribute" drug charges in the city of Seattle. After speaking with several lawyers who all treated me like a drug dealer, which I am not, I found Jesse and his small team down in Pioneer Square the right fit for my needs. From the moment I arrived I was treated li...ke just another person, and not looked down upon for what I was facing. He talked to me about my case straight and the outcomes I could face while not being intimidating or too light on the subject, which I appreciate. I don't like serious topics such as this sugar-coated so finding Jesse was a perfect match. I hired Jesse to defend me criminally and to help get my property that was seized by the police back. While the state decided to never press any charges, he was instrumental in getting my car and money that had been seized by the police some 9 months back, for a token payment of $500. Not a bad outcome for someone who was facing 12-20 months in prison for felony possession and intent to distribute. Jesse was a little hard to get an e-mail response from from time to time, but that is not him, just lawyers in general, every one of them, so don't take it personally. I would hire Jesse and his team should I ever need legal representation again. Jesse is a straight talker who, as a former prosecutor, knows the system, and will walk you every step of the way.

I had multiple court apperances where he neglected to show up. Most of the time he would call ten minutes prior to the court apperance to say he wouldn't be there. I had much better success with the public defender i was appointed. Jesse wanted me to plea. The public defender tried the case and was f...ound not guilty. Good thing I didn't listen to this joker
