Positive experience with lawyer, David Brown

David and Judy represented my case of a car accident where I was a passenger. I was doing everything wrong before and I am glad that they came in and sorted out all the medical and law stuff. They answered all my questions with kindness and patience. I always felt comfortable asking and telling them of my concerns. They treated me with care but also with professionalism. In 2009, David Brown joined Brett Murphy - Washington's Injury Lawyers. Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Washington and the University of Colorado School of Law before working for two years as a trial attorney with the Whatcom County Public Defender’s Office. At Brett Murphy he will utilize his strong litigation experience and negotiation skills to help individuals deal with insurance companies to recover their losses in major personal injury and wrongful death claims.

In January of 2015, David became a Managing Partner of Brett McCandlis & Brown PLLC. The firm continues with its mission to deliver comprehensive legal support for personal injury and wrongful death clients across Washington State.

I was a passenger in an auto accident that happened in Oklahoma. I called Brett Murphy Law Office because I was having problems paying my medical bills. Even before I hired David Brown, He had straightened out my problem. After filing the lawsuit, I was walked through the legal process, and was treated with kindness and compassion. My case was settled and I received a really good settlement.

Tenacious, responsive and knowledgeable attorney

I had two previous attorneys, both basically saying they could not help me AFTER taking my case. David Brown not only kept my case but did the research for naming the correct businesses responsible for my injuries. As a result, we filed a lawsuit and it was actually settled before going to trial. Throughout the whole process, David and his staff were always available to me.
