Highly Recommended

I hired Jack in 2016 after being rear ended while being pregnant. After getting nowhere with the other parties insurance company, I called Jack and he went to work on my case. We settled for much more than I was expecting and he made the process such as easy as could be. I was referred to him from a family friend and I will continue to refer to him to anyone because of his level of professionalism and experience.

Thorough and Responsive

I was rear ended by a commercial van and was getting nowhere with the insurance company. The accident aggravated a pre-existing condition and my PIP had run out. When I met with John he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to ask plenty of questions and explain the process and what to expect. I hired him on the spot. John kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question. We settled my case for far more that I was expecting. I got a generous settlement and all of my medical expenses were paid. I would definitely recommend John Follis.

Disappointed

I was involved in a car accident where I received a brain injury and back surgery that has changed my life and not for the good. I was acquainted with "Jack" prior to the injury and hoped he would fight harder knowing how much I was and still am affected. I am still unable to work five years later. The amount he convinced me to settle for was less than half a year's wages.
