Professional, Dedicated & The Best!

I was in a series of car accidents starting in 2018. My original lawyer quit on me in the beginning of the pandemic without giving me any notice. Sam and his staff took over and exceeded my expectations. They were professional, caring, friendly and always had my back. I will always recommend The Law ...office of Sam Elder to any of my friends, their friends and have done so. Thank you Sam for the dedication you gave to my cases.

What a great guy.

I had something very bizarre something that no one has seen before. Most attorneys literally said they have never seen anything like it even looking at the police report ect. Basically witnessing a very serious car accident on the freeway where a single car accident occurred. She rolled her jeep five... times. The driver was driving negligently 40 in a 70 when I passed her. I then was at least 30 yards in front of her when I saw her in the rear view mirror……she started waving her arms freaking out mad that I or that someone had passed her as if we were out of line going the actual speed limit. Next thing I see she jerked her steering wheel (not sure why, possibly to go around me because she was mad or because she wasn’t paying attention I will never know why ) but she jerked it hard where she then literally went sideways across all of I5 in Mt vernon wa. I was still a good 30 plus yards in front when I saw her fish tail again literally went sideways across multiple lanes her car then went up in the air and rolled at least four times. It was a one car accident she was 100% at fault per Progressive and the police. All witnesses stated I did nothing nor was I even part of this. The police never even asked for my ID just a witness statement. Three months later however she found an attorney and found a way to blame it on me and put it on somebody pretty much through insurance fraud. Progressive didn’t investigate so she came after me and they paid her out. We both had progressive insurance and they neglected to do any kind of investigation since it was a one car accident. There was video coverage at multiple buildings they chose not to pull up when it was available to progressive one being my husbands own employer in which the accident happened in front. I was only a witness. Nothing in the police report should’ve pend this nor did it on anyone except for the driver. She was driving negligently and with a jeep that was not even legal to be on the freeway. Conveniently they waited three months to figure out somebody to blame just enough time where they thought all the video evidence was gone. Since we both had Progressive and they didn’t investigate properly they paid out my policy limits Which greatly impacted me in so many ways mostly mentally and emotionally but when you have the lowest limits Progressive threw me under the bus because they didn’t properly investigate and the driver clearly found a loophole and they threw a Hail Mary and got a small pay out Most attorneys truly were honest and said they’ve never seen anything like this it greatly affected me mentally emotionally and now I have a not at fault accident on my record and sustained a huge amount of mental distress. Attorneys didn’t care and couldn’t help Sam completely took the time to actually care about another human being and gave me advice and hopefully the power to be able to move on from this tragic unfair accident which will stay on my driving record even though I was simply a witness. Lesson learned I will never pull over for an accident again. I legally didn’t have to but honestly Sam what a great guy. What a great quality that somebody actually cared even though it was not a case that he would be able to do much with he definitely cared and explained things and offered to take a look at any paperwork I need to sign off on since Progressive is having to offer me a very small settlement since I apparently was in an accident they apparently need to be the ones to pay for my mental health and medical bill since I had just had a serious foot surgery when I was on the side of the freeway for hours after stopping as a good Samaritan. It has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through being accused of something that is nothing but insurance fraud. Anyway TMI but hey thank you Sam you’re a great guy and I will forever appreciate you. Anyone would be very lucky to have you on their side.

The Best Choice I Could Have Made For My Case

I can't sing Sam and his team's praises enough. After suffering from injuries from multiple accidents in a very short time I knew my case would be complicated and I needed to be represented. I am so thankful I chose Sam's firm to represent my case. Sam, James and their team advocated for me and wo...rked diligently with the insurance companies to ensure that I was able to get the medical attention I needed. They went above and beyond to make the whole process feel smooth and take away any stress or anxiety I had about my bills and my case. James managed the majority of my case and lead the arbitration for my case. He was very well prepared and was calm, clear and compelling. I believe I got the best possible outcome for my case and I am so grateful. They kept me informed during the whole process, were always available to answer any question I had, and they always treated me with kindness. I never felt like just a case, I felt like they were fully invested in my wellbeing. I would highly recommend them.

I'm so glad I worked with Sam!

At every point in this long endeavor, I've been so glad that I worked with Sam Elder and his team. Sam and Keri took such good care of me in my bike collision case. I'm grateful for their support and guidance because it let me focus on the difficult task of healing and finding wellness without the di...straction and stress of handling growing stacks of paperwork. Before I was referred to Sam from a friend, I was nervous about having to negotiate with an insurance company and navigate an unfamiliar system. That all changed after my first meeting with Sam and Keri because I knew I was in the hands of a professional team who truly emanated the values I had read about on their site: Honest, Responsive, Innovative, and Ethical. Thank you so much to Sam and Keri and your whole team for helping me!
