Mr. Hanson is as real and caring as it gets!!!

Paul is Amazing! He went to an Ivey league college, served in the United States Navy and has been a very successful attorney for 4 decades. He has helped refer me to another attorney when I was interviewing with him to be his paralegal. His staff is exceptionally trained as well and does an outstanding job for their clients. I am so grateful for Paul. He has helped me so much. He was very helpful and kind, he dealt with everything for me. This was a very stressful time for me and he helped with that by winning my DOL hearing. I didn’t have much hope for winning due to all of the factors in my case and I was very shocked to find out we won it. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders thanks to Paul. I called Paul on Sunday and he answered the phone and we immediately set up the one hour free consulting meeting next day with my first ever DUI case. Definitely, he is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. He has earned all of my trust on how to prepare the case. Immediately, I decided to have him as my attorney to help to defense my case. Truthfully and simply, I just followed up his instructions to prepare the materials and execute the necessary works for my case. Less than 3 months, my DUI case was reduced to Negligent Drive 1°. The attorney fee is also quite reasonable in my opinion. I couldn’t get all of these done without Paul’s expertise. He went above and beyond for my case. The best attorney in Lynnwood WA

Paul turned my nightmares into smiles! I had been on warrant status for almost 4 years facing 60 days or more in jail and Paul got me the best deal I could have walked away with. 30 days house arrest and case closed after being open for 5 years. He also helped me complete treatment and get my license back.

Wonderful lawyer

Paul Hanson was able to do what we thought could not be done! I was charged with a DUI but walked away with a Negligent Driving 2 traffic infraction without a hearing. He made this process easy and not stressful. At the end of the day I didn't have a hearing and paid the infraction fee. Thank you for your hard work and making this as easy as possible for me.

Alot of my DUI clients have drinking problems that get them in legal trouble. So I always encourage them to get an alcohol assessment & treatment recommendation. That helps my client get the help they need. And it helps me negotiate a lower charge and lighter sentence for them.

I was very happy to get a good outcome on this DUI case. Negotiated a reduction to a lower charge with no jail and a much smaller than usual $ fine. I was able to do this because the client followed my advice to voluntarily obtain an alcohol/drug assessment, complete the recommended treatment, and attend a DUI Victims Panel session before our court date. Him doing that made my work much easier.

Excellent Results

I hired Paul to vacate an old conviction in Lynnwood. He was very knowledgeable and told my about all my options and a new law, which I was never aware of. He was very detailed in following up and foreseeing any potential issues which may come up before our hearing. At the hearing you can tell Paul was in his element and knew everyone at the courthouse. We appeared in front of a tough judge, but my conviction was vacated no problem. I would definitely hire Paul again.

Glad that this case turned out so well for my client. Vacating old convictions can be tricky, even for lawyers. There are always many paperwork & procedural "traps for the unwary" Fortunately I manage to keep up on all the changes in the law. Get old criminal records vacated really help people in future job interviews and housing rental interviews with landlords.

Attorney Paul Hanson is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows exactly what he is doing.
