Reaching out to Mr. Webb (Webb law firm) for the charge of “physical control” has been the best decision that I have ever made. Despite having slim hope of winning the DOL hearing (which Mr. Webb was clear up front) the decision went in my favor followed by the dismissal of my case. After 6 months of living life with a DUI (operator control) charge hanging in the balance, my case has ended with a win with my DOL hearing and a not guilty verdict at the end of trial. When I was searching for the best lawyer I could find, Nate stood out to me in a big way. Super lawyer is an unders...tatement! Not only is Nate sharp, diligent and a lawyer that any prosecutor should be concerned about challenging, he is compassionate, cares deeply about his clients and I felt as though I had a friend by my side throughout the process. My case was unique in that the prosecutor wouldn’t budge an inch and the judge shut Nate down at EVERY TURN. It was alarming to watch this unfold yet Nate handled these setbacks with a very calm yet firm response to them all. It just made him even more determined to win my case. The jury deliberated for approx. 20 minutes and came back with a not guilty verdict. We were able to speak to four of the six Jurors and when asked what swayed them to not guilty, they were unanimous that it was Nate’s closing that did it. His closing argument was stunning. He did it with passion and clarity leaving no doubt in the minds of the Jurors that a not guilty verdict was the right conclusion after a long day of testimony. Nathan represented me 5 years ago in my deferred prosecution, he did a great job with my case I knew exactly what was going on at all times and was pleased with the representation I received. My deferred prosecution was just recently revoked and I was looking at some serious jail time, but Nathan... got me serving no jail time, Through this difficult time Nathan has been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nate Webb was absolutely excellent! I do not think he realizes how appreciative I am of him. I understand I paid him and this is his career but he did a wonderful job. I had a review hearing over a month ago for a DUI. When I got to court was the first time I even heard about what it was for. The cou...rt told me I had multiple start up failures on my ignition interlock device back in January. Remind you this court hearing was in June (5 months later). I told my public defender I had no idea what the court was referring to. He told me he did not know what to tell me. Really? My court appointed attorney telling me he did not know what to tell me? The court was looking to revoke my deferred prosecution. This would have totally ruined my career. I was depressed about this but at the same time I knew I had to hire an attorney. So I called Nate Webb and he was totally helpful and kind. He actually cared and took the time to do some work to look into this(unlike my public defender). To make a long story short he got all the pictures taken from my device and the evidence was clear it was my ex girlfriend who had blown and failed into my ignition interlock. He got it dismissed.
