Integrity and accountability

Genuine, Honest, Accountable Lawyer!

Aaron helped me get out of a theft issue back in 2016. Aaron was the first person I called, and he was very quick, prompt with his responses and knowledgable about the system. It was my first time getting in trouble with the law and I really wanted to weight my options. So called around and most lawyers seemed confident but overly cocky. We talked about all the different possibilities this issue would go, you worked so diligently even when there were a few hicups along the way. Aaron gave me a sense in relief when they DISMISSED my case just the other day! Thank you Aaron, you definitely deserve all the praise.

Honest Lawyer that didn't rip me off

I met with Aaron and 2 other lawyers for a free consultation before my 2nd court appearance for felony eluding. The other lawyers offered to take my case for $6500. Aaron explained what was *really* happening with my case and that it would be dismissed when the prosecutor saw that it was an obvious DWB (Driving While Black). He was willing to represent me and come to court with me for $1000. Politely he recommended that I save my money and just take his free business card with me just in case prosecutor got over zealous. Exactly as he predicted there were no charges filed.

Aaron is a GEM! The BEST Criminal Attorney in Seattle!

Words can't express enough the level of professionalism and expertise Aaron exhibited in handling my domestic violence case. Without too much elaboration, suffice to say Aaron stepped in immediately and was able to work closely with the prosecutor's office every step of the way to convey important facts and preserve my rights resulting in dismissal at Pretrial. In a system where an alleged aggressor seems to be guilty before proven innocent, Aaron made me feel protected and helped reassure me that justice will prevail in the end. I will not make this about the state and how aggressive I feel their approach to domestic violence was towards me because I understand the need to protect real victims, but when you are the one who is the victim but end up getting caught up in the system, you need expert representation. Aaron was a life saver! And after spending $10k on what we feel was an unfair bail amount for the situation ($100k), Aaron was compassionate enough to work with me on a payment plan. He was 100% responsive to every phone call, email, and questions I ever had. Never did I feel as if Aaron was not on top of everything. This allowed me to surrender my stress to Aaron, and focus on keeping my affairs, life, and custody in order while allowing him to do his job effectively. Never once did I doubt his ability. Aaron is a gem!

Great attorney, better person.

I hired Aaron on a simple charge that could have had major implications to a previous that I was on probation for. My employer was getting ready to fire me if I didn't get the results they wanted. Aaron not only met those requirements, he beat them. Hopefully I can stay out of trouble, but if I get in to another situation, Aaron will definitely be my first call.

theft case

I had a theft charge involving security tag removers and a pretty big amount of money. The prosecutors wanted a felony charge rather than just theft 3 but Aaron took care of it, not only did I not get a felony charge but Aaron was also able to convince the judge to dismiss the case right away. I definitely recommend Aaron for a criminal defense lawyer. thank you so much!!!

Could not have picked a better Lawyer !

My ex-wife filed a bogus restraining/domestic violence order against me so I went to talk to Aaron. After talking with him I knew I had the right person for the job. He told me how my case would go and it happened just like he said it would. The order was denied ! Thanks again Aaron !

Thank you Aaron for everything!

Aaron helped me when I was like a miserable foreign in Seattle. My visa was being expired when I was charged with a crime..... I was under a big tension... Moreover, communicating in English ,specially talking about specific language of low, was too difficult to me... Talking on the phone was even worse. So we always exchanged emails... I was most of the time angry and nervous... Since I was on my own in Seattle, no friends, no relatives! But Aaron was patient with me... he could understand the language and culture barrier which was between us, He also noticed that how fragile I was that time and helped me to dismiss a felony case in about 40 days. I always appreciate your honesty and knowledge Aaron. Never forget you.

I can't thank Aaron enough for her effort in defending me. 3 months ago I did one of the most of stuped thing in my entire life(shoplifting) and was arrested. I hired Aaron as my attorney. During this long, stressful, challenging time, Aaron made me comfortable and confident and remained positive, honest, encouraging and dedicated to my defense. Positive review of Aaron Kiviat

Having never been in trouble with the law before I was at a loss when I was charged. After reviewing a few web sites I chose Aaron's company to represent me and was quite impressed. Aaron was very knowledgeable about my type of case and very factually laid out the normal course of events that I would expect with a few options. Once set on the case, Aaron followed through with everything that he said, providing me both good legal counsel and providing me with excellent advice when needed. Although Aaron practices in the King County area, he stayed abreast of the Thurston county procedures (where my case was based) and appeared in court in Olympia as needed. All in all I felt that Aaron was in my corner and helped me to navigate a very difficult situation to obtain the best possible outcome.

Attended hit & run accusation

Mr. Kiviat is an excellent attorney. He and his office explained exactly what would take place, what they would do and when. 4th degree dv assault

At the point when we were looking for a help we admit that we kept searching for the right lawyer to hire...we were fishing and fishing around 'til I found this website and have read all the positive results of the cases he handle, then we figured out that this could be the right person who can help us. We never had a doubt whether to hire him or not. The price though is reasonable like others say "you get what you pay for".
