As a former Seattle Police officer and long time prosecutor, I bring a unique perspective and set of skills to criminal cases, particularly DUI matters and traffic infractions. Replied last February 17, 2017Rarely have I obtained a better result for a client than I did for this one. The facts of this client's most recent matter (there were several charges) were terrible. I stepped in at the request of the client and the family and, after much work and numerous court hearings, resolved the matter with a single reduced charge, no additional jail and dismissal of all other charges. The initial demand from the prosecutor was nearly a year in jail. I withdrew much later than I planned and long after our agreement ended because I wanted to continue to stand with this client in the difficult mental health court process. All of this was known by and communicated to the client by me and my staff at every stage. I stand by my work in this case, my reputation and every interaction with this particular client. I am immensely proud of the result we obtained in this case and wish the client nothing but the best in successfully completing mental health court.
