After over 10 years of practice for a large law firm as the primary courtroom Traffic Infractions attorney, I have represented over five thousand clients cases throughout Western Washington. The great majority of those cases were either dismissed, negotiated to a lesser offense or otherwise kept from my client's driving records. In 2016 I left that firm to focus on a solo practice, providing aggressive representation for clients who have received moving Traffic Infractions, and criminal traffic violations such as Reckless Driving/Racing and Driving with License Suspended. My focus on this single area of law has given me a deep understanding of the relevant law, police procedures, courtroom procedures and the judges and prosecutors whom I appear before. Having not entered the Practice of Law until my 40s, I feel that my prior experiences as a professional truck and delivery driver are a great asset in understanding the needs of not only professional drivers, but of the average driver as well.
As an experienced traffic attorney, my duty as your counsel is to not only understand my client's feeling as to the rightness of their receiving the citation, but also to realistically understand and discuss all the possible impacts on them. What an experienced traffic attorney can do is to not only realistically assess the possibilities of a challenge being successful, but to know of what other options in that particular court may be available and how to get them. I take the term "Counselor" very seriously indeed.
As much as I love what I do, I also feel that maintaining a balance in a person’s life helps with their ability to be most effective with their profession. As a child growing up in Eastern Oregon I developed a love for activities in the great outdoors, which I maintain to this day. I also have a love of travel, having spent time traveling throughout the Western US, Australia, New Zealand, Southwest and South Asia and Europe. I have lived overseas for several years after high school, along with Lake Tahoe for 5 years, Alaska for 20 years and now have lived in Seattle since 2001

Mr.
Tony prevented the state from suspending my drivers license. Washington will now suspend your right to drive with 3 tickets within 2 years. If you also have this problem Tony may be able to stop them.
