Getting my first DUI was a very scary experience. I had no idea what to expect. Callahan law was the very first place I went to. I was very happy with the gentlemen that consulted me. I was stopped for speeding and was tested for DUI & arrested. Immediately I felt as though my life was going to be out if control & that I had screwed up big time. Hello, If you want a lawyer that doesn't stumble along with your case, responds in a very quick manor, and has the guts to call out what the prosecutor can and cannot do; look no further. In my case she pointed out that the prosecutor was a ride along in the police car that pulled me over and sin...ce the prosecutor was a witness she couldn't legally prosecute me. I believe that since Megan mentioned this I received a deal that was a much lesser sentence, in fact the lowest one possible for my charge. She was very helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to. I hope I never have to need a lawyer again for this kind of situation but if do I will be back to her and the Callahan law group without question.
