Megan Marie Dunn

Megan at Fury Duarte adjudicated a misdemeanor case for me in July. I called for representation and I was seen by Megan in two days. When I called I was able to talk to Megan or she called me back in a timely manner. She listened intently and quickly grasped the case. She gathered the information and... wrote a compelling E-mail to prosecution to not pursue any formal punishment. Prosecution agreed and the judge went with his motion and the case went away. If I had gone with the public defender my case probably would have gone differently. The price was fair and well worth it. I would use Fury Duarte again and recommend them to anyone needing an outstanding litigator.

I hadn't even received my letter from the court telling me they were wanting to charge me and Megan's office contacted me right away to not only let me know, but to see if they could help (and in no way were they pushy). Once hiring on Megan to work on my case, I had such a great experience. Bein...g such an awful situation and un sure of how to go about everything, Megan and her office were on top of everything and made me feel a little better. Not once was Megan out for money and whatever she and her office felt they didn't deserve, they returned, which was amazing. I will never have this happen again but if for some reason someone I know has this happen, I will make sure to refer them to Megan. They wouldn't be disappointed.
