Biography
Jacey holds a B.A. from Portland State University in Social Science. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Willamette University College of Law, where she received law school merit scholarships in 2008 and 2009.
Jacey ‘s work with the International Human Rights Clinic earned her Willamette’s Distinguished Legal Writing Award. Her outstanding oral advocacy skills in moot court was awarded with a coveted honorary membership in the National Order of Barristers. She is a graduate of the East China University of Politics and Law summer program and has additional training from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
Outside of her office and the courtroom, Jacey enjoys horseback riding and traveling with her two daughters.
