Biography
I grew up in the Denver Colorado area, and was active in outdoor activities. I moved to the Portland area to attend law school and because of the great outdoor and natural beauty of the Northwest, I made the area my home. i am active in skiing and biking and other sporting events every chance I get, as it renews my zest for life and my energy for work.
I take get joy and pride helping individuals and small business in a variety of areas where they may need help and my legal expertise and experience gained after practing law for over 39 years.

Kirkland Roberts is an awesome lawyer. I used him for a landlord tenant issue which he resolved in my favor and quickly. I would highly recommend Kirkland.

Very Satisfied
Kirk handled one case for my family. He was thorough and stayed in touch often. We never felt "in the dark" about what was happening. He got us the best outcome we could have asked for in our situation.

Pretty good considering....
He got my case a bit late in the game but was quick to respond. Considering the time constraints, he was still able to settle my case for a reasonable amount. Had he had my case from the begining I'm confident he would have been able to do a lot more.

“I was hired by a client on a car crash claim, who then hired a 2nd lawyer on the same claim, after I had spent considerable time on the case. Before we could reach agreement on the terms for release of the file, I mailed a letter to client and the 2nd lawyer notifying of the need to file the claim before the deadline for filing the claim expired. While I made a mistake in communicating w/ client when he had a new lawyer, my intent was to protect the client, so he would not miss the deadline.”
