Attentive and Responsive
It was a delight working with Mr. Kirk. He kept me updated with the progress in my case and whenever there were updates with the legal document he made sure I had a chance to review them to ensure my personal information was disclosed correctly. He kept me reassured we were making progress in my cas...

Unprofessional and Rude
First two interactions with Kirk Roberts, he was rude and unprofessional . He made easy some easy money of me, and didn’t add any value. Later, he got really nasty and dropped another case.
It is difficult to know if this from someone I represented or from an opposing party, as the "rating" is made with out any context or attribution as to who posted this. If I take a case on I do not drop clients without notice or for a valid reason. If this is from a unhappy opposing party who lost his case to my deserving client, I am sorry you feel a need to misuse this rating service. If it is from a actual former clent I hope you can call me to discuss what your grievances are in a positive conversation.

Don’t understand whose title your asking for
Kirkland Roberts was my attorney for three years in an accident lawsuit; He is very knowledgeable in law; what makes him stand out is his continuing research on the medical and health aspects of my condition and multiple complications, twists and turns that took place in the three year process

Family Law Case
Kirk was professional, attentive, and exceeded my expectations. My FAPA case was complicated and emotionally difficult for me. Kirk managed the case like all great attorneys do, he gathered the information, created a winning strategy and implemented the strategy until an agreement was reach. Kirk use...

Pretty good considering....
He got my case a bit late in the game but was quick to respond. Considering the time constraints, he was still able to settle my case for a reasonable amount. Had he had my case from the begining I'm confident he would have been able to do a lot more.
"Mr. Roberts is a very understanding and highly skilled attorney. He has low key style paired with a highly analytical mind. He is well respected among his attorney peers for his knowledge in personal injury law and criminal defense."

Reprimand issued in OR, 2019
updated on 12/03/2020This means the lawyer did something wrong but the bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“I was hired by a client on a car crash claim, who then hired a 2nd lawyer on the same claim, after I had spent considerable time on the case. Before we could reach agreement on the terms for release of the file, I mailed a letter to client and the 2nd lawyer notifying of the need to file the claim before the deadline for filing the claim expired. While I made a mistake in communicating w/ client when he had a new lawyer, my intent was to protect the client, so he would not miss the deadline.”
