Richard Rizk the principal of " Rizk Law PC", a prominent Portland personal injury law firm. Mr. Rizk is a seasoned trial lawyer and the eldest son of a surgeon and psychiatric nurse.
"Rich" as he is known by his friends and colleagues, naturally anticipates insurance defense strategies because, in a former legal life he implemented insurance strategies for many national insurers, himself! Replied last February 1, 2019When you gave money to your auto insurance company (as insurance premiums) It promised you (via your insurance policy), to pay 'reasonable and necessary" medical expenses caused by the crash up to the amount of your insurance limits. You trusted your insurance company to do that and not play games. Sadly, these days many insurers play the "deny, delay and defend" game. They leverage their financial, insurance knowledge advantage against consumers like you. It’s sad that you had to sue your own insurer to force it to make good on its promise. I'm overjoyed that we successfully pushed back to make you whole. You deserve it!
