In 30 min payed consultation of what is considered an easy name change issue, Kirk spent 5 min listening and asking condescending questions. After that he was "selling" me his services and refused to even point to the right direction. English is not my first language and court procedures could be a b...it confusing, but I was hoping for some guidance that Kirk did not have for me. If your situation is similar to mine, he would try to get everything he can from you, giving very little in return. I cannot recommend him at all. Worst costumer service. Greedy lawyer.
