We hired Terry and his team for a property problem , they did a LOT of digging into a paper work trail and said we had cases to sue a couple different entities , in the end we could not afford to go that route but the work Terry and team did was great and the letter his team wrote up for us got us wh...at we wanted …. the piece of land we thought we already owned. thank you Terry I consider it money well spent .

after I e-mailed Mr. Scannell, I realized I had e-mailed him before about this same issue, he said he did not deal with timeshares, but the last time I e-mailed him I did ask if he had any suggestions. He gave me a name of another attorney that may be able to help. He did not have to do this, he coul...d have just left it as it was. But it does show he is committed to helping people. I hope I never need to use an attorney again, but if I do I will make the trip to his office. Thank you Mr. Scannell.

I had to make a decision quickly about whether to terminate a contract to purchase a home. I didn't know what my options were, or what I was potentially risking financially. They thoroughly looked through my documents, asked followup questions, and gave me straight answers. While the news wasn't nece...ssarily good, I slept easier having the answers to my questions. And I've learned my lesson - I will hire a lawyer before trying again to purchase a home, or for that matter before signing any contract. And I will call Terry and his partner Chris.

Although we did not end up retaining his services Mr. Scannell was willing to accommodate our situation which was inconvenient and time consuming. The issue involved a small group of owners in our 15 unit condominium complex where our 3 member board was not representing the majority interest. It caus...ed divisions within this small group of owners and was extremely disruptive to our daily quality of life. There were also valid concerns over potentially larger HOA dues and even a significant special assessment. The complex is 55 and over so many long-time owners are on fixed incomes and would not have that financial ability. Mr. Scannell understood this type of problem. He was knowledgeable on complex condominium laws & regulations. Our group of concerned owners was not able to cover the cost of an initial consultation so he offered a free hour of his busy schedule to meet with us. He spent time with me on several phone calls at no cost. In the end we were unable to coordinate our groups schedules and obtain our condominium documents in a timely manner. Mr. Scannell bent over backwards to accommodate us but ultimately we ended up graciously and regrettably dropping our efforts to fight the fight. Definitely our loss! We know for certain that if we do decide to pursue this again Mr. Scannell would be the one we’d call. He’s probably the best there is in this area of consumer law. Dont hesitate! Call him!
