When I was hit with a nuisance lawsuit (for the 1st time in my life) over the sale of a business gone bad, it was Terry to the rescue. I was very stressed and he spent a generous amount of time - both with me and my SO - in unpaid consultations so I felt comfortable trusting him with the case. I called Terry for a review of an Operating Agreement for an LLC. Terry could have reviewed my documents and charged me a hefty fee, for which I was prepared to pay. After listening to my situation and asking for details, he refer me to an attorney in a different state. He said that he was not one... to charge by increments of time when he did not feel this was in my best interest. Imagine that!
