Relieved

Judson helped me when my house was being put for sale on auction . He stopped it from happening the day of. He helped me with my bankruptcy chapter 13. I was able too keep my home and pay off my debit to my creditors. He later helped me with a complicated sale of my home. Excellent experience working Jusson M. Carusone

We had a great friend who found herself loosing her home after her husbands death and many years living in her home. She was delivered a notice from the local Sheriff's Dept that home had been sold and she had six months to Redeem this property. We were referred to Judson. We called his office and... responded to our phone call in quick manner. He told us exactly how we had to respond and is a quick manner. He told us he could file all the documents and notifications needed to redeem this property. He discussed the amount of his fees etc. Judson was very knowledgeable, straightforward and did just what he said he would do. He was easy to reach and responded appropriately. We were able to get property back for our good fried and we very much appreciate Mr. Carusone. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Carusone.

Best attorney I’ve ever hired

I heed Judson in 2020 when I felt my home loan status was threatened and I wasn’t able to properly navigate the process. Mr Carusone was very professional and direct with his approach, he took the time to listen to and understand my personal concerns. The issue has lasted quite as while before it was... resolved but Judson never wavered or lost confidence that we would come to a resolution. This next level professionalism and care is really unheard of today. I would never retain any attorney other than Judson Carusone for any bankruptcy or real estate litigation. Trust me when I say he really is the overall best there is.

Exceptional Service

Judson gave me his full attention on the matters of filing for bankruptcy or not with my small business. Even though the process of filing a bankruptcy is not pleasant, Judson took the time to reassure me everything would work out. He provided me with knowledge & answered any questions I had.
