Our family have been heavily involved in Portland real estate for the past century. Over the years, some family members have become shared owners of various properties. Terry is bright, creative, articulate, practical and honest. Invariably, he has several possible solutions to every problem. Also, he is tenacious but flexible. He deserves great credit for creating a smooth, profitable exit from our owning a minority interest in a property where the other owners were truly impossible to live with. Our situation was far more complicated than we can easily express. However, he did a fantastic job for us. We can strongly recommend him as an efficient and economical problem solver.
