With a career spanning over three decades, Terry Scannell is a distinguished member of the Oregon State Bar and holds esteemed positions with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Bar Association. His professional journey is marked by significant contributions to government, having served both the Mayor of Portland and the Portland Police Bureau in civilian capacities. Additionally, he played crucial roles on the legislative staff for Oregon Congressman Robert Duncan and the House Budget Committee.
