Terry Scannell

This is a bitter sweet moment as I have had the pleasure to have Terry as my attorney for the past 4 years. I cannot say enough about Terry and his staff. He is thorough, tenacious, compassionate and very good at what he does! I was confused and at a loss as to where to turn or what to do. As I h...ad never been a position where I needed an attorney. Contacting Terry was the best thing I ever did, my loss and confusion quickly became 2 very complex and confusing cases, which I had no idea how bad it was until I meet with Terry and he started peeling back the layers. Because of Terry's passion and diligence I prevailed on both cases. I do not think any anyone else would have been right for the job. He was there through the entire process answering all my questions (I ask a lot of questions), putting to rest any fears or concerns I had. Again If you need an attorney you should call Terry. I know in the future if I need an attorney Terry will be the first person I call.

A dispute with a sewer company had me searching on this site for an attorney. I am grateful I found Mr Terry Scannell. He spent a long time talking to me, listening and laying out my options to proceed. He did not charge me for an initial lengthy consultation and was extremely kind, helpful and patie...nt, though this was not going to be a lucrative case for him, as I did not intend to sue. He handled everything resolute and with expertise, and when the sewer company did not pursue the matter, I was even refunded half of my retainer! Though I hope I will never again have to hire an attorney, I would not hesitate to contact Mr Scannell, if the need should arise! Thank you Mr. Scannell!

Be very leery of this attorney! He took my case and purposely drug it out for months on end. When I would try to discuss this with him he was very aggressive to me to the point I didn't know what I feared more him or the person that was trying to sue me. Since this horrible situation I found a wonder...ful attorney. He my case closed within a month of me hiring him. And for a fraction of the price that Terry Scannell was bleeding me for.
