With a career spanning over three decades, Terry Scannell is a distinguished member of the Oregon State Bar and holds esteemed positions with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Bar Association. His professional journey is marked by significant contributions to government, having served both the Mayor of Portland and the Portland Police Bureau in civilian capacities. Solid advice and very prompt
I gave Terry a phone call regarding a property line dispute and he promptly answered the phone. He was very helpful with answering my questions and how I should proceed with my property line dispute. I will definitely keep his number if I need to hire a lawyer.
