Can’t thank Tabitha enough!

Tabitha Brincat is the most honest, direct, genuine, detailed, organized and hardest working attorney to have on your side in any family law litigation setting. she has been through the trenches with me for years fighting for the health and safety of my child. I could not begin to describe the amount... of time taken on my case and ultimately through the diligence, evidence and sincere care she helped me to ensure my daughter was not subjected to an unsafe and unhealthy situation anymore. I am so grateful to have met her and worked with her on this case. She’s truly exceptional. I just can’t say enough about her diligence, information, advice and everything that comes with a crazy stressful process. She eliminates a ton of the stress and I can’t thank her enough!!

Great Advice FREE

I am involved in a very tricking multi-state custody/jurisdiction issue involving my 16 year old daughter. After talking to over 20 attorneys in Oregon and California and paying over $700 in phone consultations, Tabitha is the only attorney that had the answers to the jurisdiction issue between state...s and could explain the UCCJEA and what I needed to do. She is very knowledgeable on custody matters and in my opinion would be considered a "custody specialist ". Best part of all she consulted with me, took numerous phone calls and responded promptly, emailed me, and helped me to understand how to get started ALL AT NO CHARGE! When I called to try and pay the bill or settle up she would not take payment and said to just let her know when and if I needed her services in the future. Because of this I will most definitely be using her in future as needed for any services she can provide. A knowledgeable, trusting, fair, and honest attorney is who you will hire in Tabitha Brincat.

Highly Recommended Lawyer

Tabitha provides sound legal advice in a very timely manner. Her rates are more than reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when she delivered the advice I requested and only billed me half of the time that I thought she would take. These are a few of the many reasons I recommend Tabitha.

Very strong and very honest personality

I had a strange/tricky case and selected Tabitha after meeting four other lawyers. She came off as compassionate, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough, and later demonstrated these qualities above and beyond. I anticipated a lengthy court experience, which Tabitha helped me prepare for, but luckily my... ex came around and we were able to work things out with the help of a great mediator that Tabitha recommended. In the off chance things ever go south Tabitha will be the first to know.

Amazing Lawyer!

I hired Tabitha in the middle of a very nasty custody battle. She is professional, and very personable. She does amazing work. She never let me down even with her full case load. We loved Tabetha! I guide everyone in need of a family law attorney her way. We would go back to Tabetha in a heart beat. ...She made everything easy and everything went smoothly from the point we hired her.
