I believe all Oregonians should have access to the judicial system. I understand that not everyone can afford to pay for divorce attorney, and representing yourself is very difficult. I help parties draft documents or review completed forms.

Perspective can be difficult to maintain during a divorce. Matters involving divorce, custody, visitation and property division can involve strong emotions. At this highly emotional time, you need to have the confidence, security and knowledge to make crucial decisions about the future and feel as protected as possible.  Saville is a skilled professional and compassionate advocate who will work to explain the rights and obligations of her clients and protect their interests during this difficult time. Saville is tenacious but calm, analytical yet creative. Saville merges these skills to help guide clients through difficult times to a place of calm they can't imagine while in the middle of a family crisis.

If a case can be settled amicably, Saville will work towards that goal. If a settlement is unsuccessful, she will bring her years of experience as a litigator to pursue those objectives at trial.

Saville enjoys gardening, hiking, and travelling anywhere.  From these pastimes, she gains perspective which helps her stay well-grounded as an advocate for clients. Her most important goal is to help her clients build a positive future.

Professional, Respectful, Fantastic Representative
Saville has represented me through a rather difficult child custody case over the course of five years. She has been such a blessing in my life! I couldn’t imagine going through it all without her. Saville is professional, respectful and courteous at all times. She is the perfect advocate and was able to represent me in the best way. Saville has a calm demeanor which helped me to relax in the most stressful times. She is very understanding and always made me feel supported. She is always going to work hard and help make any uncomfortable situation better. I’ve hired other attorneys in the past... but then I met Saville. She will forever be my number one recommendation!!

Excellent!
I had the privilege of working with Susan Hiler from Easley Family Law, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She was knowledgable, supportive, prompt, and very patient with all my questions. She made me feel completely supported and confident in my case. She communicated each step of the way very clearly and eased all my fears about the process. She is very professional and yet also made me feel like a friend she cared about. She consulted with Saville to ensure my case had all the possible angles covered. I would highly recommend Easley Family Law to anyone in need of a family law attorney. If I ever need help again they will be my first call.

A beacon of light on the headlands.
Easley Family Law is a highly skilled, caring, and passionate family law firm and I can’t recommend them enough. Divorce is overwhelming. I remember going over the steps that I needed to take in order to get the ball rolling and I felt utterly paralyzed and frustrated. My friend recommended Easley Family Law and I made an appointment for a consultation, which made my divorce even MORE real, which filled me with anxiety and dread. Thank god I chose Easley Family Law, because the moment I sat down with Saville, every worry I had washed away. I felt safe, protected, and heard, but above all else, I knew I was in good hands. Saville listened to my situation, provided honest, concise, and realistic feedback, all the while putting me at ease and providing a sympathetic ear. Hiring the firm was a no-brainer and over the next year they helped me navigate one of the hardest moments of my life up to that point. I worked closely with Susan Hiler, who was my advocate, champion, and someone who helped me make the right decisions during the entire process. I truly can’t say enough kind things about Ms. Hiler – she works hard to empower her clients during their most hopeless moments. Her knowledge, advice, and poise was INVALUABLE. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. In the end, my divorce was finalized, I threw a party, and I have Easley Family Law to thank, because they helped me put this entire chapter behind me. If I ever get divorced again (I mean, I didn’t see the first one coming, so I’m not going to kid myself, right?) I’m calling them right away. They’re the best.

Saville is a knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly responsive lawyer to work with.
Saville has truly been an invaluable resource right by my side for one of the hardest times of my life. Not only is she an amazing and knowledgable lawyer but she has also been emotionally invested and sensitive to what myself and my daughter are going through. Unlike many other lawyers I have worked with, Saville is quick to respond and be available and never makes me feel as if my concerns are petty or small. She is financially aware and is very sensitive to the overwhelming costs of divorce. Saville has also been extremely patient in explaining things that I don't understand in my parenting plan as well as listening to my concerns. She has worked extremely hard to create both a settlement and a parenting plan that are truly in the best interest of my child. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody!

Simply the BEST!
An attorney of the highest caliber, Saville has been consistently compassionate, thoughtful, and generous, -AND- has made it a point to zealously defend my interests as her client (along with my children's). My case was no manner of easy litigation and while my anxieties were at an all time high with my ex's seemingly neverending antics, Saville's assurance remained steadfast. If I hadn't become acquainted with her as a client, I would have hoped that our paths crossed as friends. Both her character and professionalism speak to why she holds such a large referral base. I recommend Saville to anyone in need of a skilled family law specialist/excellent litigator who will fight to the end with all that she has, while making you feel as though you're her only client.

Look elsewhere for legal help.
Mrs. Easley was recommended to me and I was very impressed at first. That soon faded as my case was assigned to another lawyer in her firm that was nothing more than a snot nosed brat 2 years out of school. After some obvious issues Saville took on our case but never seemed to have time for our case not once was she prepared for a meeting or phone call. And frequently forgot details and promises made. We parted ways before the judgement was complete due to her lack of focus and work ethic. I would strongly caution hiring anyone from her firm unless you have years to waste and money to burn.

"Any attorney will earn experience with time, but few have an eye for creative problem-solving; Saville has both. She is by turns a commanding presence in the courtroom and a soft landing spot for those going through the life-altering experience of divorce. She has one of the biggest hearts in the field, and I can attest to how deeply clients connect with, and value, her. Opposing counsel can expect warm professionalism--and a good legal workout. Her kindness, indeed abundant, is matched by her legal prowess."
