Sincere, professional, and knowledgeable
I consulted Jordan for my divorce (= he prepared the papers and answered my questions. I am sure he did more! but that's how I saw... ), and I couldn't have asked for more. He was quick, responsive, always had answers for my questions, and very human throughout the process.
