He keeps late hours in the office so I didn't need to take time off. He resolved my rental issue quickly. He's earned his reputation for excellence. You'll spend more by not using Mr. Abbott.

Very fast reply, keen interpretation of problem
My problem was addressed to the extent possible and correctly assessed given not much information from myself, and I feel that I now have new avenues to explore to help resolve my situation, extremely helpful as well as quite a relief to now have something to do.
