eviction
Craig colby took our case when we were getting evicted from our apartment. He won and in addition he didn't charge us and got our former landlord to pay for our legal fee's. Highly recommended.

Mr. Colby took on my case. I did 99% of the work. All of a sudden he disappeared, leaving us hanging high & dry. I had to find another attorney and start all over with a time sensitive matter. He has not returned any phone calls or emails.
"I have known Craig Colby for almost 20 years - and he still is the guy I go to when I have esoteric questions about landlord-tenant law. His performance in landlord-tenant matters is legendary and his mind is encyclopedic. I once asked a Judge a question about landlord-tenant procedure - his answer? Go talk to Craig Colby, that's what I do when I have questions... He is thoughtful, insightful, creative, and I don't know any attorney who works harder. Other area lawyers are now buying his compilation of research materials and that should tell you something. If you need a landlord-tenant attorney, this is the guy I refer clients to when I can't handle the matter myself. He is an attorney's attorney. Try him - you won't be sorry."
