Good job with an auto injury lawsuit
Bryan Dawson represented me as I attempted to collect medical costs and damages from the insurance company of a driver who rear-ended my car. The case took more than six months, went through depositions and arbitration, then settled. I received full payment of my medical treatment costs plus a reasonable settlement for damages. At all times, Bryan Dawson was pleasant to work with, clear in his communications, and assertive of my interests. I would ask him to represent me again if I needed legal help. I fully recommend him with no reservations.

Workers comp claim
Bryan helped with my workers comp claim against a business owner and a building owner. He kept me informed throughout the process and took the time to explain what was happening to where I understood it. His staff was excellent in their dealings with me.

Fantastic Attorney!
I was in a pretty bad car accident recently. While recovering, I received word that the other driver was not accepting reponsibility. I was referred to the Dawson Law Group by several sources...some friends, some family. I contacted Bryan Dawson specifically and explained my situation. Mr. Dawson wrote an effective letter to the insurance company and it wasn't long before they had accepted fault. My case was complicated because it involved a natural disaster. When a case gets complicated, often both sides just agree to mutual fault. In my case the other driver had been negligent and operated his vehicle in my lane. Mr. Dawson made it clear that disregarding standard driving safety laws are not excused by inconvenience...especially when you cause damage and bodily harm to others. During my case, Mr. Dawson exhibited kindness, compassion and effectiveness. His secretary and associates were helpful when he was unavailable assisting other clients. He was punctual in returning my calls and he listened to me when decisions needed to be made. I highly recommend Bryan Dawson and his whole law group. They're professional, friendly and very effective. I am grateful for their help.

Bryan's services was fantastic - he's the best lawyer we've ever had for this type of case!
We went through many lawyers before Bryan took on our case so words can not describe how grateful we are for finding him. In all honestly, we were lost, and we were at the end of our rope with no hope... We have exhausted all our resources, lost our home, lost our lien rights, etc... but when we hired Bryan for our Subcontractor Construction Case, things turned around... Bryan brought us back to life, and we gained hope again. Bryan was on top of everything, he contacted us at all times when necessary, reminding us of notices and other things. Bryan's services was fantastic! He's the best lawyer we've ever had for this type of case. Things were intense, but Bryan stuck with us all the way through and assisted us every step of the way on our case. It was a brutal couple of years but we all fought our best fight at trial and at the end, we won. Therefore, we can say that we are Bryan's most grateful client that comes from our heart. Thank you so much for your services Bryan! We appreciate all your efforts you have put in to this case and to have the truth be seen in court! We can never thank you enough! We highly recommend utilizing Bryan's law firm anytime! With best wishes & Mahalo, John & Michele

Honest, generous genuinely nice guy
I called Mr. Dawson when I was in a serious jam with a construction company. He explained that although he was happy to represent me, it would not make financial sense for me to hire him. Instead, he offered me free general legal tips, even emailed me a general document I could use as a template. He listened to my long winded story and details and gave me suggestions even though he knew he would not get paid. What a great guy!

Integrity, Empathy, and Hardworking
I've been working with Bryan for about 2 months now. In that short period of time, I've been impressed by his integrity, empathy, and work ethic. I know the old adage is that you win your suits by preparing better than your opponents, and Mr. Dawson and the rest of the fine folks at Dawson Law Group really take this to heart. If you want excellent, vigorous legal representation from lawyers who always will make time to answer your questions, look no further than Dawson Law Group.

Very Disappointing
Mr. Dawson was hired as a personal injury attorney, but I had numerous problems. 1. He overstated and oversold his capabilities. The final outcome was much less that stated. 2. After two years on the case he did not have a single medical expert to testify in court for a permanently injured client, leaving no good options. 3. Lack of transparency was a serious issue. Mr. Dawson withheld critical documents from my review and approval, then expected me to sign agree to unsatisfactory terms. 4. Mr. Dawson threatened lien(s) if the case was not resolved, even though the demand letter was rushed out-the-door without my personal review. 5. In the end I felt very strongly the attorney was more concerned about collecting fees for himself than the well being of the client.

"I have worked with and around Bryan for years and know him to be an experienced, efficient and effective advocate for his insurance defense clients. While I've not had the pleasure of working against him, I can only assume his expertise in defense serves him well in his plaintiff's work. I would recommend him to both insurance carriers needing defense for insureds and to plaintiffs needing representation in personal injury or workers' compensation cases. Bryan is an excellent lawyer."
