Great experience

We consulted Peter to understand the implications of DECR vs dismissal and implications for immigration. He was able to steer our lawyer towards a civil compromise and we had no issues with immigration. In contrast another lawyer we spoke to made it seem like it was hopeless and we would face dire co...nsequences etc etc but Peter was honest and clear in his assessment and gave us all possible scenarios. He also appreciated that we had done our research.

Trust documents

Peter was professional, friendly and easy to talk with on our Living Trust. Definitely would use him again for legal advice.

Professional expertise with personal care and responsiveness

I highly recommend Peter Tovey to all people with immigration case needs. In my case, Peter handled my wife's application for change in visa status and application for her green card in a professional and very expedient manner. He explained the entire process to us, guided us through all the steps,... and everything happened exactly the way he said it would, including all the timing of steps and events. And he did all this with what I consider to be amazing personal care and responsiveness. Many many thanks to Peter for all his help and of course for the successful results achieved in much shorter than expected time!

I highly recommend Peter Tovey

My immigration case was complicated and I was having a very hard time with my situation until I decided to hire Peter Tovey. Peter made everything simple and helped in such a way that i didn't have to worry anymore. Peter was professional, reliable, kept me informed at all time, and asked me precisel...y what he needed at each step in order to proceed. My case ended successfully. I would highly recommend Peter Tovey, who was referred to me by the Fortune-500 company that I work for.

The best attorney I have ever experienced

There are a number of attorneys out there, but not everybody is trustworthy, knowledgeable, or responsive. I have been Mr. Tovey's client for about 9 months, and he was the best lawyer I have ever experienced. He has in-depth knowledge in his areas and will share his insightful thoughts with you. If... he does not know the answer to your question (which will happen as long as you are working with any professional human-being), he will get the answer and respond as soon as he can. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Tovey to anybody who needs an attorney in his areas and considers to hire one.
